ValSource International

GSL Welcome is doing a design/build project for ValSource International.  The site is located on New Century Drive in Pasadena, Texas.  Once complete, the facility will be 28,000 SF.  KDW, GSL Welcome’s affiliate construction company, will be doing the construction. 

Tadano

One of GSL Welcome's current projects under construction is located on Greens Rd. in Houston, Texas. When completed the facility will be 66,540 SF. The facility will be utilized by Tadano, one of GSL Welcome’s newest tenants. Tadano manufactures various types of cranes including rough terrain cranes, boom trucks, truck cranes, and all terrain cranes.
